Terms of use

Version of 2026-10-24.

These terms are an agreement between the player and the operator of the Griefun Network. The Game rules are part of them.

2. Acceptance and languages

On first join, a player accepts these terms and the Game rules and confirms their age. We keep a record of the accepted version.

The terms and rules are published in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English. If the versions differ, the Polish version applies.

4. Account and nickname

An account is personal. A nickname belongs to whoever first registered it on Griefun. A player can delete their account at any time — the privacy policy explains how.

6. In-game items

Coins, items, Hearts and builds exist only in the game and have no monetary value. We don't buy them back or exchange them for money. The Fun world is reset regularly (a wipe) — that is part of the game.

8. Player content

Copyright in builds and other content stays with the player, where it exists. The player grants us a free, non-exclusive licence, unlimited in territory and time, to store, show and publish this content in materials about Griefun and to use it for moderation and defence against claims. A wipe deletes the world together with its content.

9. Ending access

For breaking the Game rules, access can be restricted or closed by a Moderation decision (Game rules, section 9). The decision can be appealed (section 10).
